How to Enable Automatic Renewal / Direct Debit?

Managing multiple active servers and subscriptions can often become challenging, particularly when tracking expiration dates and renewal cycles across services. NetForChoice provides Auto-renewal for a while now, which can be configured individually for any service. NetForChoice also enables you to turn on automated recurring renewals for all existing and upcoming deployments. Here’s how you can set it up:

1. Locate your profile avatar or account name in the upper-right header of your NetForChoice management console.
2. From the expanded dropdown options, choose ‘Settings’.
3. If you haven’t done this already, choose your default payment method here
   
   Note! Note: To activate automated recurring debits using a card or bank account, at least one successful manual payment must have been processed previously with that payment method.
4. Here choose Enable automatic renewal for all services (current and future). This ensures all subsequent services provisioned on your account renew seamlessly using your verified payment method. This guarantees continuous uptime and avoids unexpected service disruption due to missed renewal deadlines.
   Additional configurable options on this screen include:
   • Disable > Disable automatic renewal for all services (current and future)
   • Set per service > Configure auto-renewal preferences individually on a per-service basis
